The Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP) today launched its new corporate and Planning websites.
Our new websites are based on extensive customer research. Across Victoria, we’ve spoken with a wide range of stakeholders, including beekeepers, conveyancers, farmers, 4WD enthusiasts and local government professionals to understand what our customers need from DELWP online.
Our new website sites have been designed to provide a user-friendly experience with improved navigation and functionality throughout.
You can help by giving us your feedback or by taking this 10 minute survey about our online services:
A framework for our websites
This website is part of a multi-site framework of connected websites representing the services and information that we provide to Victorians.
The remaining DELWP websites will be live early in 2017:

- Forest Fire Management Victoria
- Heritage Victoria.
- Land Victoria
- Local Government
- Parks and Forests
- Water and Catchments
Importantly, we will continue to listen to communities so that we can continue to improve our online services.
