We provide information and support on published Vicmap datasets and products. Vicmap helpdesk is also here to assist business custodians that provide spatial data to maintain and improve Vicmap products.
Vicmap Help now incorporates Vicmap Info. Vicmap Help will continue to provide targeted assistance to Vicmap data suppliers and information to those organisations who act as business custodians.
In addition, Vicmap Help now provides assistance to customers of published Vicmap datasets or Vicmap Products.
Examples of the type of assistance provided by Vicmap Help include:
- M1 maintenance support and training
- VES support and training
- Solutions to irregularities relating to maintenance of:
- Answer questions regarding Vicmap datasets, Vicmap products and how to access them.
