Reduce greenhouse gas emissions

We will:

  • establish interim greenhouse gas emission reduction targets for 2021–25 and 2026–30 consistent with the Climate Change Act 2017
  • lead and coordinate actions across government to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from government operations
  • lead and coordinate work across government and with stakeholders to establish greenhouse gas emission reduction plans for sectors of the Victorian economy
